Our coaches are ready to help athletes & adults ages 8+ reach their full potential. Performance training classes are small-group style. Class schedules run by semesters Summer (JUN-JUL), Fall/Winter (AUG-DEC) & Winter/Spring (JAN-MAY). All new families will be issued a registration fee of $30 for one student, or $50 for a family for your online registration and active member renewals are yearly. These classes are designed to develop athletes and adults of all different sports & fitness levels.
Ages 9-13: (45-minute sessions) $150 monthly unlimited. Designed for the middle school athletes, focusing on building the fundamentals of athletics through body weight movements as well as speed and agility. This program is also important for the development of a young athletes' mental growth.
DROP IN's- Each class is $25, you can sign up for which ever day and time of the week that we offer development training without having to pay the unlimited class fee

Ages 13 +, High School, Collegiate, & Professional Athletes:
(60-minute sessions) $150 monthly unlimited. This is a more intense program that is designed as a pathway to the next level of elite athletes.
Class Schedule: Monday - Thursday
Ages 18 +:
(60-minute sessions) $150 monthly unlimited. A workout class designed for ages 18 and older. If you are looking to get back in shape or wanting to start a new fitness journey this is for you.
Class Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday
BlackWatch coaches are available to work with your school or club teams at our facility or your training home. Before getting your team started, a coach will sit down with you to determine what your goals are for your athletes and team.
