Complete Athlete Performance groups are designed to create the complete athlete. To max out athletic ability, reduce risk of injury, and move with purpose in all athletic endeavors.

• Classes focused on Building Strength and Power
• Group Film Sessions once per month to improve training quality or sport specific adjustments
• In-season maintenance program
