Class schedules run by semesters Summer (June-July), Fall (August-December) & Spring (January-May). Active members will be required to renew their student/families after every August 1st. New students/families will be required to register in JackRabbit when enrolling in a class. The renewal will be required to maintain an active yearly member status August - July. Cheernastics is a beginner class for preschool age athletes (2-4 years old). It focuses on the fundamentals needed to excel in tumbling as well as gymnastics in the years to follow. The goal of this class is to learn necessary body control skills such as balancing, rolling, hand eye coordination, and flexibility. In this class, athletes will work on building endurance as well as wrist and ankle strength to be set up for long term success!
This class focuses on building foundations for forward/backward roll, handstand, cartwheel, roundoff, and backbend/bridge.
To Progress to Level 1:
This class works on drills to build a foundation for a solid back handspring and connecting skills (cartwheel, roundoff) to back handspring, front walk-over, back walk-over, power hurdle, power hurdle roundoff back handspring.
To Progress to Level 2:
This class works on building strong multiples (standing and running back handsprings) and building foundations for a tuck.
To Progress to Level 3/4:
This class works on perfecting tuck variations on the spring floor, understanding basic foundations of a layout, gaining concepts of trick skills (punch fronts, whips).
To progress to Level 5:
This class works on spinning skills (fulls – standing / cartwheel / running, doubles, trick through to full).
This class includes tumbling with more difficulty by adding double fulls, standing back handspring to fulls, standing fulls, and multiple jumps to back to the mix along with many specialty passes. Athletes need to be at the top of their game both mentally and physically.
This class focuses on foundation skills for standing back handspring, standing back handspring and leading up to multiple back handsprings.
To progress to next level:
This class works on unassisted tuck variations on the spring floor.
To progress to next level:
This class is geared towards strengthening the muscles needed to be a powerful tumbler, as well as agility and stability development to be as efficient as possible. Athlete is encouraged to have an unassisted standing back handspring to get the most out of the class. This class is split into 30-minute tumble and 30-minute exercise.
This stunt class is for top girls, bases and back spots. It consists of straight up skills, half ups and one leg skills.
This stunt class is for top girls, bases and back spots; consists of switch ups, spinning skills and elite game day skills.

Multi-Class Discount
Athletes who are enrolled in more than one cheer class will receive a 10% discount on any class beyond the first.
Multi-Student Family Discount
Families who have children enrolled collectively in more than 1 class will receive a discount on all classes beyond the first.
Disclaimer for all classes: evaluations to progress can be requested and will be completed by the athlete’s current coach and one other. All skills required to progress must be executed completely unassisted.
Trial classes are available for non-waitlisted classes (1 time per class). We take cash, Venmo or credit card at the front desk. Tumbling classes are $25 and Stunt classes are $35. Please call 205-518-6591 to schedule.
