Class schedules run by semesters Summer (June-July), Fall (August-December) & Spring (January-May). Active members will be required to renew their student/families after every August 1st. New students/families will be required to register in JackRabbit when enrolling in a class. The renewal will be required to maintain an active yearly member status August - July. Cheernastics is a beginner class for preschool athletes (2-4 years). It focuses on fundamentals needed to excel in tumbling and gymnastics in the years to follow. The goal of this class is to learn necessary body control skills such as balancing, rolling,
eye coordination, and flexibility. In this class, athletes will work on building endurance as well as wrist and ankle strength to be set up for long term success!
NOTE: Cheernastics classes are 45- minutes

This class is for athletes new to tumbling. Participants will develop foundational skills such as forward rolls,
rolls, cartwheels, cartwheel step-ins, falling to a bridge, bridge kickovers, handstands, and front limbers. The focus is on strength, flexibility, and proper technique to build confidence in basic tumbling movements.

For athletes who have mastered L1 Beginner skills. This class introduces front walkovers, back walkovers, back walkover switches, & round-offs. Athletes will start connecting movements & improving body awareness, strength, and balance to prepare for higher-level tumbling.
Prerequisites: Level 1 Beginner Skills
Skills Taught:
Max: 8 athletes
This class introduces dynamic tumbling - standing & running back handsprings, back handspring step-outs, front handsprings, round-off back handsprings, & back extension rolls. Athletes will work on power, coordination, & proper technique in these more advanced skills.
Prerequisites: Level 1 Skills

Max: 8 athletes
Athletes will connect complex sequences - back walkover to back handspring, back extension roll to back handspring, cartwheel or round-off to back handspring series, front walkover to round-off back handspring, & front bounders.
Prerequisites: Level 2 Beginner Skills
Skills Taught:
Max: 8 athletes
Athletes will start learning standing back handspring series, back handspring step-out to series, round-off back handspring tucks, and punch fronts. Focus is on power, execution, and transition to higher-level tumbling.
Prerequisites: Level 2 Advanced Skills

Max: 8 athletes
For athletes who have mastered L3 Beginner, athletes will work on standing BHS series with rebounds, front handspring punch fronts, round-off BHS series to tuck, front walkover or bounder to round-off BHS tuck, and more advanced connections.

This class enhances flexibility and strength for controlled, dynamic movements.

‣ Boost confidence in executing new skills.
Perfect for athletes needing help with jumps or advanced body positions, this class blends flexibility and strength training for noticeable skill progress.
ENROLL (max 20 athletes)
This stunt class is for top girls ONLY. It consists of straight up skills, one leg skills, tic tocks, faux half up and full ups, and beginner level dismounts. If there are specific skills that your athlete needs to work on, please be sure to let coaches know.
This class will be instructed by 3 coaches.

This stunt class is for top girls ONLY. It consists of switch ups, spinning and flipping skills, as well as adv/elite level dismounts. If there are specific skills that your athlete needs to work on, please be sure to let coaches know.
This class will be instructed by 3 coaches.

Coed stunt program is for athletes that are looking to develop their coed stunt skills, technique and overall body awareness. The program runs on an 8-week cycle covers everything from beginner to elite coed stunt skills. The ratio for this program is 4 athletes to 1 coach.
Max 12 athletes for 3 coaches
Aspiring to cheer in college? Our College Prep Cheer Program prepares you for collegiate cheer with stunt technique, tumbling, game day skills, and college baskets. You will also have optional access to a Recruiting Specialist to help with social media accounts, recruiting advising, tryout video productions and more.

Multi-Class Discount
Athletes who are enrolled in more than one cheer class will receive a 10% discount on any class beyond the first.
Multi-Student Family Discount
Families who have children enrolled collectively in more than 1 class will receive a discount on all classes beyond the first.
Disclaimer for all classes: evaluations to progress can be requested and will be completed by the athlete’s current coach and one other. All skills required to progress must be executed completely unassisted.
Trial classes are available for non-waitlisted classes. We take cash, Venmo or credit card at the front desk. Tumbling classes are $25 and Stunt classes are $35. (per class)
