Class schedules run by semesters Summer (JUN-JUL), Fall/Winter (AUG-DEC) & Winter/Spring (JAN-MAY). Active members will be required to renew their student/families after every August 1st. New students/families will be required to register when enrolling in a class. The renewal will be required to maintain an active yearly member status August - July. Student 1 = $30.00 Student 2 = $20.00 Student 3+ = $0.00
Our preschool classes are not only built for tumbling, but allows your child to be exposed to new skills and concepts. These classes will consist of fun, guided station rotations and obstacle courses, that aid in the development of your child’s fine and gross motor skills.
This class works on building foundations for forward/backward rolls, handstand, cartwheel, roundoff, backbend/bridge.
To Progress to Level 1: handstand, backbend kickover, roundoff
This class works on drills to build a foundation for a solid back handspring and connecting skills (cartwheel, roundoff) to back handspring, front walk-over, back walk-over, power hurdle, power hurdle roundoff back handspring.
To Progress to Level 2: standing back handspring, power hurdle roundoff back handspring, cartwheel back handspring
This class works on building strong multiples (standing and running back handsprings) and building foundations for a tuck.
To Progress to Level 3/4: standing and running multiple back handsprings, an unassisted tuck variation (standing, roundoff, cartwheel) on your choice of floor (spring floor, rod floor, air track)
This class works on perfecting tuck variations on the spring floor, understanding basic foundations of a layout, gaining concepts of trick skills (punch fronts, whips).
To progress to Level 5: multiple back handsprings (2 minimum) into tuck, cartwheel tuck, solid round off back handspring layout, understand the concept of trick skills
This class works on spinning skills (fulls – standing / cartwheel / running, doubles, trick through to full).
This class focuses on foundation skills for standing back handspring, standing back handspring and leading up to multiple back handsprings.
To progress to next level: standing back handspring, power hurdle roundoff back handspring, cartwheel back handspring
This class works on unassisted tuck variations on the spring floor.
To progress to next level: standing and running multiple back handsprings (3 minimum – swinging through with tight arms and body, smoothly throughout each back handspring), an unassisted tuck variation (standing, roundoff, cartwheel) on your choice of floor (spring floor or rod floor)
This class is geared towards strengthening the muscles needed to be a powerful tumbler, as well as agility and stability development to be as efficient as possible. Athlete is encouraged to have an unassisted standing back handspring to get the most out of the class. This class is split into 30-minute tumble and 30-minute exercise.

Disclaimer for all classes: evaluations to progress can be requested and will be completed by the athlete’s current coach and one other consisting of Coach Darius, Coach Fred, or Coach Krissy. All skills required to progress must be executed completely unassisted.
Trial classes are available for non-waitlisted classes (1 time per class). We take cash, Venmo or credit card at the front desk. Tumbling classes are $25 and Stunt classes are $35. Please call 205-518-6591 to schedule.
