Athletic training doesn’t — and shouldn’t — end when the school day does. Through our Competitive Performance program, high school students and young adults get the opportunity to take their budding athletic careers one step further, giving them an added edge when considering collegiate and professional sports.
Divided into two groups — ages 15 to 18 and 19 to 22 — our Competitive Performance athletic training program focuses on challenging athletes to take their abilities to the next level, all while instilling core values of teamwork, responsibility, and working towards a higher goal. Athletes in this program will be engaged in strength training, conditioning exercises, flexibility training, and speed and agility training. Led by skilled coaches, this program is unsurpassed in its ability to launch young adults into a successful, driven life.
Our Competitive Performance training classes are at the following times:
MONDAY-THURSDAY: 4:30pm 6:00pm 7:30pm
FRIDAY: 4:30pm 6:00pm
SATURDAY: 8:30am 10:30am
