Are you an adult looking to get in shape or find a new, challenging way to stay fit? BlackWatch offers fitness programs for people of all ages and skill levels that focus on all components of physical fitness – cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, and flexibility.

Fit for Life

60-minute, small group training classes that include cardio and strength to improve and maintain overall health and fitness levels

Monday-Friday: 7:45 am, 1:30 pm, 2:30 pm, 3:30 pm, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm and by appointment

Saturdays: 8:00 am & 9:30 am

Pilates Reformer –

Pilates classes for 1 or 2 individuals that help to build a stronger core through the use of the Pilates Reformer tool


Health & Wellness

At BlackWatch, our services also go beyond fitness to cover all aspects of health and wellness and include:

Massage Therapy (Swedish & Trigger Point)

Nutritional Counseling

Therapeutic Exercise (for athletes recovering from injury)

Flexibility Training
