Fit for Life – 60-minute, small group training classes that include cardio and strength to improve and maintain overall health and fitness levels
Pilates Reformer – Pilates classes for 1 or 2 individuals that help to build a stronger core through the use of the Pilates Reformer tool
Senior Fit – customized fitness sessions for seniors focused on balance, coordination, basic strength, and cardiovascular health
